Phoebe’s VBAC homebirthfeatured

Although the circumstances of my 2 births were very different, I identified a lot with Phoebe’s story of overcoming the anxiety of her impending birth because it takes serious courage to confront all the unknowns that come with birthing in our power especially after a previous traumatic experience. Many of us women in this valley held space for Phoebe during the labor of her Taos home-birth: altar candles lit, prayers said, sending her our collective power – holding the knowing that she was totally capable of the birth she long hoped for!
