I steamed to get my cycle lengthened from 24 days to 28 days and after both of my babies were born, after my daughter arrived I steamed for 30 days straight and loved it. My husband made me a wooden steam sauna after my first was born to my specifications of low to the ground, two pieces for simple storage, and all natural meaning no chemicals. What he made me was so beautiful and functional and special some of my girlfriends wanted one for their vaginal steaming practice. Now he is happy to make these for our community at large!
